Billing
Rides are billed to the customer's credit card or through corporate central billing. ,inc accepts the following cards:
American Express
Discover Card
MasterCard
Visa

* A 20% service fee that is calculated on the base fare, stop time and wait time will be added and itemized on the customer's billing statement.

* The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable:
Two-way tolls
Airport parking
Cell Phone


* All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.

Sedan Rates
* Coach Limousine's has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.

* All reservations that are billed on an hourly basis inside Manhattan will be billed a minimum of two hours. " All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis outside Manhattan, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.

Wait Time / Stop Time
For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $55 per hour. Grace period is defined as

* ten (10) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.

* Coach Limousine's able to monitor all commercial flights keeping waiting time at a minimum.

* Coach Limousine does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.

* Coach Limousine does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.

* Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing Coach Limousine book price. Same state stops will be charged half the book price of each stop. Interstate stops will be charged the full book price of each stop.


Cancellation and No Show Fees
* Cancellation of sedans must be made 12 hours prior to pick up time and 24 hours in out of town pick ups depending upon the distance of the pick up location. For rides which are not cancelled or are cancelled passed the allotted time will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.

* Upon cancellation a cancellation number must be obtained from the dispatch office operator.

* A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% service fee plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.

* To avoid a 'no show' fee call 1-800-878-9434 if you cannot locate your sedan.

*Cancellation of motor-coaches with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum. " Cancellation of minibuses with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum. (on weekends and holidays the cancellation notice must be done 48 hours prior to the ride)

* Cancellation of vans/stretch limousines with less than (48) hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.


Holidays
*A 25% U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day


Events Services
(Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motor-coaches)

* All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing Coach Limousine hourly rate.

* All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.

Other

* Coach Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.

* Coach Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
